Fall came yesterday and I’ve anxiously been awaiting her return! I love Autumn soooo much!
I cheated and “began” Fall two weeks. Tucked away in my home I burned cinnamon apple scented candles and started baking with PUMPKIN. Omg pumpkin…drool.
Here’s my first recipe! It’s 99% dairy free, because I did sneak in a fair amount of chocolate chips.
As always, I strive to make my baked goods as healthy and low sugar as possible. With the chips and sugar from the honey, these muffins are about 8g of sugar each, allowing myself to eat 3 or 4 in a day and still stay under my 100g/day amount (that’s the suggested amount of daily sugar to stay under for women according to google)!
My amazing bf just bought me a MacBook Air so now I can vlog my baking adventures.
